Mission Statement

ITE was formed in partnership with ITRI to enhance the global preservation of resources through an efficient and effective management of the energy value chain. This global effort to develop and commercialize an intelligent Preservation System(IPS) focuses on the preservation of food, energy and water with a significant decrease in CO2 emissions with end to end B2B and B2C solutions. The IPS's technical superiority lies in efficiently maintaining a constant temperature for preserving food products for an extended period of time, enabling a number of industries to achieve dramatic improvements in their value chain. RFID is also utilized for an effective e-Commerce online logistics inventory management by embracing latest IT technology.

Eco-friendly Features & Key Success Factors of IPS

The following features enable IPS to stand out as an outstanding product

ESupports and combines multiple temperature products in one shipment
EEliminates the need for local refrigerated/freezer trucks by using common carrier trucks
EThis leads to save 60% hardware and 30% to 40% in fuel cost
EReduces global warming by reducing CO2(Carbon footprint)

Dry Ice
- Dry Ice = Solid Carbon dioxide
- Sublimation and deposition point: -78.5 ‹C (-109.3 ‹F)
- Prolonged contact with the skin will cause injury similar to a burn
- Sublimate at a rate of 5 -10 lbs (2.27 - 4.54KG) every 24 hours (put in a container up to 15 quarts =14.2L)
- Displaces oxygen in the air (Danger if no proper ventilation)
- During sublimation 1 kg dry ice convert into 500 liter CO2.
- The pellets are accelerated at supersonic speeds and create mini-explosions on the surface (due in part to the sublimation process which expands the dry ice volume 800x upon impact) to lift the undesirable item off the underlying substrate.
- Costs about us$ 2 per kg
- Dry ICE handling need to be very careful

Product Roadmap & Focus Markets

ITE plans to take this existing technology, and in the joint partnership with ITRI customize it for applications in various markets, such as life science (medical) and air cargo, including emerging markets, where saving energy is the critical factor to optimized the value chain supply cost.
